Ellen Picotte, a licensed real estate agent since 1996 and an associate broker since 2006, has consistently been one of the top five agents with Prudential Manor Homes. She has sold between $8 to $9 million of real estate over the past four years representing 58 to 64 transactions a year. She has won numerous awards within the company, including three Service Excellence Awards, The Community Service Award and the company’s most significant recognition, the Samuel E. Blake Award.
Ellen grew up in a real estate family and has a background which encompasses renovation of historic structures, marketing and sale of affordable and multi-family properties, as well as real estate appraisal work. She resides in a historic townhouse in downtown Albany and specializes in one, two and multi-family properties throughout Albany. A lifelong resident of the Capital District, Ellen is knowledgeable of all the surrounding towns and neighborhoods within 30 miles in any direction of Albany.
Ellen’s community volunteer work includes the Capital District Habitat for Humanity, Historic Albany Foundation and the Hudson/Park Neighborhood Association.
